New to Caviar?
Note that caviar will remain optimal in your refrigerator, unopened, for 4-6 weeks. *except tobikkos and salmon roes. They should be kept frozen. Crucially, once opened you should consume within three days.

3–5 guests: 4.4 oz (125 g)
6–10 guests: 7 oz (250 g)
10–15 guests: 500 g
