You'll Need:

1 package of mini blinis or a baguette, thinly sliced and lightly toasted

1 oz (30g) caviar

Crème fraîche

Optional accompaniments: finely minced red onion, chopped hard-boiled egg whites and yolks (separated)
Simple Steps:
