3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

¼ cup crème fraîche

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

2  jars of two types of Caviar 

1 ¼ pounds ground chuck

4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 ½ teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

4 Grass Fed Beef  hamburger buns

Thinly sliced red onion




Stir together crème fraîche, mayonnaise, relish, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Gently stir in 4 teaspoons of the Caviar; cover and chill until ready to use.Gently stir together ground chuck and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl; gently stir in remaining Caviar. Shape beef mixture into 4 patties; sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high. Add the patties, cook until a thermometer inserted in patties registers 145°F (medium-rare), 3 to 4 minutes per side. Lace lettuce on bottom of buns. Top with burger patties. Spread Caviar mayo onto patties. Top with onion slices and bun tops.

Ingredients : 


Mixed salad

Seared marinated Grass Fed Beef

Pomegranate seeds

Pine Nut seeds

Sesame seed mayonnaise

Spring onion


Red and yellow baby tomatoes

Soya bean sprouts

Red chili peppers


Sear a  large piece of beef, then wrap and marinate for 24 hours in coriander, grated ginger, spring onions, sesame seeds, lime zest and lime juice. Mix sesame oil into the mayonnaise to infuse. Plate nicely and voilá! You can serve your Beef and Caviar salad!
