If you would like to pick up your products and live in the South Florida area, just give us a call so we can have your order ready upon your arrival. Otherwise feel free to stop on by and within 25 minutes we can have you order processed.
If you’re looking for a specialty food item and can’t find it, we do our best to source it for you. We have access to well over 3,000 products. Typically we try to turn special requests into regular items on our site. If you have any ideas for products we can add, we’d love to hear them! We guarantee that your order will arrive in excellent condition. All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon arrival and any claims must be made within 24 hours of the receipt of the package. Please keep all packaging refrigerated and intact for any returns. Credit will not be granted for discarded or partially consumed products. If you would like to request a credit or your order to be re-sent, here’s what to do:
- 1) Take a digital photograph of the product.
- 2) Put the product into your refrigerator or freezer as you normally would.
- 3) Contact us immediately at 1-877-462-0533 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you place an order and subsequently cancel it, we may at our sole discretion, charge a 10% cancellation/re-stocking fee.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for products that spoil if there is not someone to receive your FedEx delivery on the date that you request it.
