If you would like to pick up your products and live in the South Florida area, just give us a call so we can have your order ready upon your arrival. Otherwise feel free to stop on by and within 25 minutes we can have you order processed.

If you’re looking for a specialty food item and can’t find it, we do our best to source it for you. We have access to well over 3,000 products. Typically we try to turn special requests into regular items on our site. If you have any ideas for products we can add, we’d love to hear them! Please contact Sahar at sahar@bemka.com.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

We guarantee that your order will arrive in excellent condition. All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon arrival and any claims must be made within 24 hours of the receipt of  the package. If you place an order and subsequently cancel it, we may at our sole discretion, charge a 10% cancellation/re-stocking fee.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for products that spoil if there is not someone to receive your  delivery on the date that you request it.
