16 oz. Smoked Salmon, Sliced Paper-Thin
1 cup Sour Cream or Creme Fraiche
1/4 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 Red Onion, Julienned
Freshly Ground Pepper
4 Heaping TBSP. of Black Ossetra Caviar
4 Heaping TBSP. of Salmon Caviar
Dash of Lemon
