Hollywood’s A-listers were served Wolfgang Puck’s signature caviar and smoked salmon pizza at the annual Oscars Governors Ball – and now you have a chance to taste it, too!

Tetsu Yahagi, chef de cuisine at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago Beverly Hills, shows viewers how to take the luxurious pizza from restaurant grade to homemade.

Ingredients Needed

Pizza Ingredients
Pizza Dough
16 oz. Smoked Salmon, Sliced Paper-Thin
1 cup Sour Cream or Creme Fraiche
1/4 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Dill
Chives
1 Red Onion, Julienned
Freshly Ground Pepper
4 Heaping TBSP. of Black Ossetra Caviar
4 Heaping TBSP. of Salmon Caviar
Dash of Lemon
