Foie Gras Pate – Is a mix of prepared ground meat and fat minced into a spreadable paste. Foie Gras Pate can be served either hot or cold, but it establish’s its fullest taste after a number of days of chilling.

Foie Gras Terrine – is a French forcemeat loaf comparable to a pate, made with much more coarsely chopped elements. Terrines are usually served cold or at room temperature.
